My name is Emma Bond.

Eight years ago I established Sing Together Ltd, a company which specialises in forging creative opportunities for community engagement. As a freelance theatre director and choral animateur at the Churchill Theatre, Bromley, (part of Trafalagar Theatre group) I am ideally placed to do this. 

I have extensive experience as a conductor/MD, singer, pianist/repetiteur and teacher of music. I have directed and written 7 professional productions, (involving 65 actors), several of which have transferred to other theatres within the Trafalgar Theatre Group.  Sing Together choirs regularly collaborate with outside agencies too, most recently, Luca Silvestrini’s PROTEIN and The Catford Weekender.

In September 2023 I launched a part time acting programme at the Churchill Theatre. The course consists of three intensive terms during which the students are taught basic stagecraft, receive Voice, Movement and Singing classes, prepare Verse and Text Monologues, and rehearse and perform scenes from classic plays by playwrights such as Henrik Ibsen, Anton Chekhov, Tennessee Williams, Oscar Wilde and George Bernard Shaw.
